An Interview With P C K Prem: The early period was full of struggles and difficulties. Ancestral comforts were no longer available. After matriculating from St. Paul’s’ High School, Palampur, HP, I did odd jobs for a few years while in the college. I post-graduated in English Literature from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Then I served as a lecturer in English in different colleges before shifting to civil services.
